Legal Power
For expats and solo agers seeking clarity, care, and protection — without the overwhelm.
Get emotional support, legal guidance, and a personalized plan you can trust — from two professionals who live and work in Ecuador and truly get what you're navigating.

How It Works:
A 4-Step Journey
Step 1: Clarity + Confidence (with Colleen)
Begin with a 1:1 Peace of Mind Session to explore your goals, concerns, and personal values. Together, we’ll clarify your needs, set a direction, and prepare for what’s next.
Step 2: Legal Readiness (with Sabrina)
Once grounded, you’ll be referred to Sabrina Candela for a private consultation and legal services tailored to Ecuadorian law and your unique lifestyle and situation as an expat.
Step 3: Completion + Care (with Colleen)
Whether you’ve moved forward with legal documents or are still considering your options, you’ll have the opportunity to meet again with Colleen to review, organize, and decide how to safely store and share your plan — in alignment with your wishes.
Step 4: Ongoing Peace of Mind
We offer optional check-ins, community sessions, and seasonal reminders to keep your plan fresh and support you over time.

3-Session Planning Package — $65 USD
This one-time payment gives you access to the full experience: your initial session with Colleen, legal consult with Sabrina, and a final support session — all designed to help you move from uncertainty to clarity, one step at a time.
You only pay after your free clarity call, once you feel ready to move forward.
We’ll guide you from there.
Choosing to plan ahead is an act of care — for yourself, your loved ones, and the life you’re building abroad.
🔎 Note: If you choose to create legally binding documents, Sabrina will provide a separate quote tailored to your situation. You’ll have all the information needed to make confident decisions.
Why This Pathway Works
Most legal services jump straight to the paperwork.
This pathway starts with you.
It’s not just about documents — it’s about clarity, cultural understanding, and emotional readiness. We take the time to align your values, personal needs, and expat realities before legal action is taken — so your decisions are grounded, not rushed.
You get the benefit of two professionals — working together, with care — to support your next steps.

Your Next Step
Book a free Clarity Call with Colleen to see if this pathway is right for you. There’s no pressure — just a grounded conversation about what’s possible.
We’re here to walk with you — every step of the way.
This collaborative service is a special, limited offering created by Colleen Eschenburg in partnership with attorney Sabrina Candela to support expats seeking a more personalized and values-aligned approach to legal planning.
While we work together to guide you through this experience, our services remain professionally independent. Legal services are provided by licensed Ecuadorian attorney Sabrina Candela and offered separately through her law practice. All legal documents meet Ecuadorian standards. U.S. documents can be reviewed or integrated upon request.
Still Have Questions? You’re Not Alone.
We know this kind of planning brings up a lot. Here are a few answers to common concerns:
Q: Is this only for people who are older or sick?
A: No — this is for anyone who wants to plan while they’re well, calm, and in charge. Emergencies don’t wait for the “right time.”
Q: Is the $65 fee for legal documents too?
A: This service includes three guided consultations: two with Colleen and one with a licensed Ecuadorian attorney. If you choose to move forward with legal documents after your consult, those will be quoted separately and tailored to your situation.
Q: What if I’m not sure what I need?
A: That’s exactly what the Clarity Call is for. There’s no pressure, and we’ll help you figure out what makes sense for you.
Q: What if I don’t know who my people are — I’m not sure who I fully trust to help in a crisis?
A: That’s more common than you think — especially for expats. This process helps you explore your options and begin planning, even if your support circle feels unclear. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll talk it through together on your Clarity Call, and help you find a path that feels safe and right for you.
Q: Is this confidential?
A: 100%. Everything shared is held with the utmost respect and discretion — always.
